This service provides a private channel-management workspace.
Workspace isolation
Each account receives a separate workspace. Account holders cannot access another account's workspace or the platform owner's private workspace.
Administrative access
Authorized platform administrators may access workspace information when necessary to operate the service, administer accounts, provide account assistance, maintain security, prevent abuse, meet compliance obligations, or maintain backups.
Administrative workspace access is read-only by default.
Account and subscription
Access begins after manual approval and remains available for the approved subscription period. Expired or suspended accounts may be prevented from signing in, but workspace data is not automatically deleted.
Data safety
Do not store Gmail passwords, OTP codes, recovery codes, payment PINs, or other authentication secrets in this system. Store only operational references and status information.
Payments
bKash and Nagad submissions are checked manually. A transaction ID may be rejected if it is invalid, duplicated, or cannot be verified.
